Terms of Service
This document governs the technical relationship between the User and Eve100 (a brand of EveSpace Consulting Pvt Ltd). Accessing our platform constitutes acceptance of these operational parameters.
01. Service Scope
Eve100 provides a proprietary environment for cognitive reinforcement, utilizing digitized flashcard architectures and psychometric mock assessment modules. All services are provisioned on an “As-Available” basis.
02. Intellectual Property
The structural design of mock examinations and the algorithmic logic of the flashcard system remain the exclusive property of EveSpace Consulting Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized scraping, caching, or reverse-engineering of data packets is strictly prohibited.
03. Account Integrity
Users are responsible for the security of their session credentials. Any unauthorized access resulting from credential leakage at the user level is outside our liability scope.
Operational Protocol: Data Persistence
The platform utilizes high-speed server-side synchronization for study progress and user-generated notes. However, due to periodic database optimization and standard server-side cache invalidation, terminal data persistence is not guaranteed. Eve100 operates within standard technical tolerances; users are advised to utilize independent logging for critical academic notes.
04. Jurisdictional Mandate
These terms are constructed under the laws of India. Any technical or legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.
